Default The engine squeak

Good day all,
My 03 1500 hemi is squeaking when staring up after sitting for awhile. The squeak goes away when engine is warmer but doesn’t fully go away. So I’ve changed the tensioner pulley, both idler pulleys, alternator cause it went bad, and 3 different brand belts. Also note which I think is the culprit. The power steering pump was also changed but while changing. I noticed the 2 bottom bolts no longer screw in. I managed to temporarily add copper wire strips to get somewhat of a thread which worked “temporarily”

If the issue is the power steering bolts. How can I helicoil in that position? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Check the pulleys for stuff that shouldn't be there. Especially the ones with grooves.

If I understand correctly, there are bolts that won't go in properly. If so, take a look at a chaser bolt. The bolt holes may have filled with gunk and need to be cleaned.

Probably need to pull the fan, fan shroud, and maybe the radiator to get yourself enough room to work.
