Default Dodge Ram 1500 2003 4.7 246000 mi

Hello all! So recently my truck started to sound really bad 5000 miles from last oil change. I did the the oil change and upon start up it probably got a little worse. I did a little research and tried emptying half a quart of oil and replacing it with half a quart of atf , revving the engine at 3k for a few mins (get the oil pump going) and it may have gotten worse I ended up going to autozone and they said it was the crankshaft position sensor , as well as a spark plugs. I was a little skeptical but figured it wouldn’t hurt to replace. I did the job as well as replacing the oil with valavoline himi syn and the noise did not go away. First impression I figured something with the rocker arms, spring , or valve. Any help would be appreciated !!

Pull the valve covers, sounds like you spit out a rocker.

I figured it had something to do with the valve. Any recommendations on where to get the rocker arms and springs ? im debating whether or not to replace all rocker arms depending on the price >.< thank you for your insight.

Usually it's just the lifters that fail, and unless they are physically damaged, you can re-use the rockers.
