The bolt being not quite centered is ok. They likely all look like that.
You can hear the sound in the first video where it's loud at first and it smooths out towards the end of the video. My cruddy phone camera doesn't really pick it up that well to be honest. But everyone I've talked to in person says they can hear it when I ask them to give it a listen.

I'll unbolt the torque converter and see if it changes anything when running maybe.

So when I unbolt the converter it makes no difference, so I'm going to assume it'll just need a flexplate, I'll get around to pulling it out so I can better inspect it, truck needs a rear main seal anyway. Thinking about it the noise did start sometime after I had a shop (a pretty low dollar one) install the new transmission so maybe they did something that I'm not seeing, not a terrible job to do.

Default Sounds the same as my truck noise in my dakota

Did you find out what the noise was cuz I'm looking for a noise thats like that a I did pretty well replace everything that I could and did lots of test and pulled back the trouqe converter too and get the same results so I'm thinking its a cam bearing or sticky valve?
