Default Front brake problems

I have a 2004 2500 4x4 with the 5.9. I noticed my front brakes were not releasing like they should and my pedal was stiffer than normal. Real stiff, almost like it had manual brakes. I changed the front rotors, pads and calipers. The old ones were definitely cooked. But…I still have the same problem. The left front is definitely hanging up and maybe the right front too, but I never had the massive amount of brake dust on the right side like I do the left. Any ideas???

Jack up the front, spin the tires, see how much effort it takes to move 'em. Step on the brakes hard once, try and turn 'em again, does it require more effort? If yes, crack open the bleeder valve on the caliper. Easier to turn now? If yes, replace the soft lines.
