Default No power to fuses

Hey all, my 03 1500 with the 5.7 has no power to fuses 32 through 38. No speedo, abs and brake lights are on, no ac, no cruise control, airbag light is on. I've checked the connections at the bottom of the IPM and cleaned any corrosion I found, no dice. Any ideas?

Looks like most of those are powered from the ignition switch.

True, I didn't even consider the ignition switch. Any ideas on where I should start checking?

You can find wiring diagrams for your truck here. Yes, it's a russian site, but, I have been using it for a couple years without issue. See which wire from the ignition switch is supposed to be powering those fuse, and see if there actually is any power on the terminal of the switch.

Look in the power distribution section, I think it was sheet 3 that had those fuses.
