Default P0706 no start

Ok, i have a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L with the 545RFE transmission. Started getting the P0706 transmission range sensor code. I could clear it out for a little while and it would go away. I replaced the range sensor and the valve body. I did the transmission gear indicator test and it passes. Still wouldn't do anything but circle all the gears and throw the same code. The other day i jumped 87 and 30 on the starter relay and it started. Cut it off, put the relay back in and it worked for 2 days. Well, it started doing the same thing. Checked all the grounds and they seem to be good. Tried jumping the relay again and that isn't working. Today, checked the ohms on the T41 circuit and it is at 0 ohms like it is supposed to be. Checked the T41 circuit while cranking and it is at 0 volts like it is supposed to be. Tried putting power to the 87 pin on the relay and the starter turns over really slow. I am at a loss of what to do next. Any ideas? Thanks for any help in advance.

If changing the range sensor didn't help, then the problem is likely in the wiring for the sensor.....
