What is my wheel Bolt Pattern?

Hi guys,
New to me 1500 SLT quad cab with 5.7 Hemi automatic
It needs tires, I see a few offers on Craigslist for 'take off's" probably from a tire/wheel shop when someone puts custom wheels on their truck.
SO I have per the door VIN sticker 245/70 R17 tires on stock wheels
Does anybody know what my bolts pattern could should be?
How about if these bolt on, how about the speedometer VS tire size (outer circumference)
i know I have 17's and these are 20's but the sidewall is less, does that make up the difference?
Can I reset pinion factor to correct speedometer, mileage, and odometer,?
I am not adverse to getting a bigger wheel to increase my mileage understanding I loose pull and off the line performance.
Asking $1025 each, I don't really care about appearance, I am fat and old![Smile](https://dodgeforum.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Hey you, nice catch. Myself, I had to go look.
OK then
How about 265 VS 245 tires /70R17
I understand how the math works and outer (rolling) diameter
tirecalculator.com trying to figure it out before you pointed out the obvious.
Is there the ability to change the speedometer in the PCM?
Can you advise what the cold PSI would be if 265/70R17? and load rating F&R ?GAWR
I am shopping for tires and am learning my 'New to Me' truck.
I would gladly trade off a little pull power for better fuel economy
Thanks

265's will be larger diameter, of course, they will also be a bit wider, and weigh more.
Likely won't matter for gas mileage.... Probably won't see a difference, unless you do mostly highway miles.
Tire pressures? Check the side of the tire for max inflation pressure. Then use the chalk method to see what's best. Just put a chalk line across the tire, go for a drive, see where the chalk gets worn off. Ideally, it should wear evenly across the tread. If the center wears first, drop pressure a bit.
I always though that the average Tire Store, that specialized in tires..... would have the ability to adjust for tire size, so the speedo/odo would be accurate.... However, that doesn't seem to always be the case. There are tuners that have that ability, but, that's pretty expensive for a fix you won't use very often.....

I have access to both a SnapOn Versus Edge and an Autel 608 professional scanner, I suppose I was asking if I was going to find and be able to adjust Pinion factor or something, probably about 4% difference.
I was also hoping you could provide or send my to see the actual data tag inflation chart like on the VIN tag for one of the D1500 that came from the factory or dealer lot with the 265 width tires,
Sure I can chalk, but it would be nice to know what the brothers, Horace and John intended for inflation specification,
OK, I'll seek else where, and let the folks know when I find it,
Cheers and thank you for getting my headed in the right direction.

If you go to the site below and put in your VIN, it'll show the gear ratio yours shipped with. Factory put 3.92s in the 04 trucks when they stuck the 275 60 20s on them. If you don't have the 3.92 gears, I'd opt for a set of good used 17s. The 20s came with a plastic shell or polished aluminum. I had the plastic chrome shell, they still looked like new 12 years later, and I'm in the rust belt. So I recommend the chrome shell ones. If you get the 17s, pretty sure they were painted - so easy to restore those to look nice.
