remove the sway bar and links and shocks . drive without and see if it goes away.
if not mount a GoPro type camera on a magnet,, put on each ball joint,ect .

OP, I have the same problem and had replaced everything other than the Lower Control Arm Bushings and of course that was the problem (pass side). I replaced just the bushings, but I would just buy the whole arm with bushings next time.
Have someone turn the wheel back and forth while you get under the truck and look at the lower control arm bushings and listen for the noise.

I had the noise a few times too. ended being different things .rack and pinion. sway bar links. but I replaced the control are bushings and that was not the problem for me
if you do replace them buy them with bushing installed on a new arm.

Put the jack on the lower control arm so the suspension gets loaded, then rock the wheel from different positions.

I know this is an old post but I figured out what it was sometime ago and wanted to post an update. The stabilizing bar that goes under the back of the engine and the front of the transmission and connects the lower control arms and the frame was missing one of the 4 bolts on the passenger side, I put a new bolt in and tightened everything down and it all quieted right up.
