Default 46re shifting issues

I have a 5.9 with the 46re and when it’s cold it will sometimes shift just fine but when warms up it’ll shift at 3k or not shift at all, now if i get on it it’ll shift at 5k just fine and then it will start to shift normally for a little before it tweaks, i have learned that if i adjust the tv cable more loose it will lower the shift to 2-3k rpm and allow it to shift better but if i adjust the tv cable to spec “1mm away from the connector” itll be weird, like when i drive as it shifts the throttle gets harder and if i go half throttle it will down shift too 1st gear and redline, now i have replaced pcm and it shifted fine but i also have to refill coolant due to freeze plugs

If it shifts fine when it's cold. likely it's not a TV Cable problem..... Have you replaced the trans electronics? (governor pressure sensor/solenoid)

No i have not changed the sensors, but i had already ordered a whole new service kit borg warner etc, but i did find out that when i loosen the tv cable it won’t delay the shifts as much but it’ll still get stuck in 2nd or 3rd

but it’s only as it warms up i’m gonna pull the trans in the future when i have time and fix the freeze plug along with a whole new solenoid replacement but i’m just wondering if anything else could be my issue, not to mention i did add wd40 to the kickdown mechanism and it seemed to fix the shift issue for a little
