Finally finished it, but damn am I angry about Rockauto and their "support". They didn't even say "Sorry for the inconvenience" or something. Never had such a bad customer support...

 

Par for the course these days. Do they even HAVE customer support phone number? Fair few companies don't anymore. You can email them..... or maybe, if you are lucky, chat online.... and if you do get a live human being, in whatever media, chances are VERY good that they are in some third world country, have absolutely no idea what they are doing, and simply read from a script that may or may not match your problem. Stray from that script, and they are lost....

 

For me, a phone number wouldn't be really necessary as calling them from abroad is quite pricey.
But their ignorance in their customer support is just insane.
Instead of helping me out, they told me how many % of my orders I had to return (which all were THEIR fault, not mine), what a joke.
