Default Changed upper and lower ball joints, still some noise

Cheers everyone,

I replaced my front left lower ball joint a few months ago for the German "TÜV" approval but still had some noises when going over bumps.
So I tried to check but couldn't find anything wrong, but as the noise was similar as before I also changed the front lower right ball joint.
I also got a very good deal for new MOOG upper control arms with new bushes and new balljoint already installed, I replaced it all.
So I got a 7k miles old ball joint in the front left lower arm and the rest is new.
But I still get some "bumpy" noises when going over some bumps and I'm unsure what to do and how to check.

It mostly happens when only one tires goes into some dip, if I go over a bigger bump with both tires it is more quiet. So I was assuming it is the anti roll bar linkage that is gone? I replaced the upper rubber about 15k miles ago, but not the lower joints.
What would be the easiest way to test?
This is, except the lower wishbone bushes, the only part that is still "old" (oh, and the anti roll bar bushes themselves, but they at least are looking OK'ish)

Thanks for any help! I really appreciate any help I get here from the kind american people!

Will have to check, but it is quite diffcult for me to check as I have to lift the whole front axle to "unload" the endlinks, yeah? If I lift just one side the sway bar will push and bull on them.

I also haven't "unloaded" the upper control arms rubber bushings. I tried setting them to the same height like the stock ones, but maybe will have to do that, too. But I'm unsure if this will cause "bumpy" noises?

Theoretically, you are supposed to tighten control arm bushing bolts, with the truck at ride height...... Just have a look at the end links, see if they are in ok shape.

Yeah, I "measured" the position of the control arms when sitting on the ground and installed the new ones in the "same" position. So if it is off, it is not too far off.

They look OK, but rubber boots are looking and feeling brittle and having small cracks already.
But at least when pushing them from side to side they feel "solid". But I can imagine that when under "tension" from the sway bar they will always feel "solid"?

Probably..... Squeeze 'em with some channel locks, see how much they move.

You can load up the suspension by placing your jack on the lower control arm. Grab the tires at different angles and rock. Endlinks for sure are probably crunching, if you've never changed them. You can look right at the rubber and see if they're compressed/worn out.

My money's on sway bar bushings. I had almost the same symptoms, chased it forever until one day I rocked the truck side to side while staring at the bar and bushing and saw the bar moving within the bushing.

Ordered sway bar bushings and end links and will change them over.
Thanks for your help guys!
With the rear leaf spring bushings renewed I hope it will ride "like new".

Any recommendation on shock absorbers? I bought Kayaba Gas-a-just a year ago, cheap ones though, are there better ones? Bilstein maybe (their HQ is like 30 min. away from me )
