2003 dodge ram 1500 4x4 4.7 i put a new fuse box in and when i tryed to start truck it turned over but battery was to weak so i charged battery up and tryed to start truck and now it's back to square one cause it won't do anything lights all come on dash but nothing when I turn over ignition just like when I started this whole deal Any ideas what I can do next thank you

 

Did you test the battery health?

 

Yes battery is reading 12.64 on meter

 

Load test the battery. Your local parts store should be able to do that for you.

 

edit - nvm 03 has the FCM not a TIPM.
