Default 2002 5.9 Magnum...codes and shuddering...help

I love this truck for our ranch, but if I try to go get hay or anything, it will totally act up.Yesterday I went 3 miles to mailboox, and it threw 3 codes:

P0340: No Cam Signal At PCM
P0306: Cylinder #6 Misfire
P1391: Interm Loss of CMP or CKP

Background... We got he truck 6 years ago with 98k. Ran fine, but it took longer and longer to start. Everyone said was a pump issue. if it sat, the fuel would drain back into the tank....not a big deal. it ran fine for everything we did once it started (usually 2 or 3 sets of 2 sec cranks). Then we had trans and motor problems. It was in the shop for almost 2 years off and on. The mechanic kept returning it saying its fixed. The trans is ok not (replaced) but now I have this stuttering issue. IT also burns some oil, but that isn't a big dead. The truck has like 130k on it and I would love to keep it. Any ideas?

Replace the cam position sensor. (actually called the pickup coil at the parts stores.) it hides under the distributor cap. Clear codes, go for a drive. See what happens.

What conditions are present when you feel the studder? (vehicle speed, what gear the trans is in, etc.) Still getting misfire codes??

No codes now.. when im on my ranch its fine. but when i get on the highway and put some gas to is, it like studders. just for a second then moves but its usually when there is a load on the motor or im giving it gas. it will happen intermittently when driving. usually like every few seconds for like a bit of a second. I could actually drive it like this but i feellike one of the times its going to just stop. i cant tell if its something with the trans or with the motor. no weird sounds. but i check fluid levels and they are fine. seems to happen around 40-50mph the most

Maybe TCC shudder..... does the tach bounce when it does that?? If it does, try swapping out the TPS sensor.
