Exclamation Transmission trouble

So I have a 2006 ram 1500 Hemi 4x4 short box regular cab Automatic With 545RFE in it. It is a toy but the transmission recently gave up 3rd gear. I have a transmission out of a 2011 hemi 4x4 long horn it is a crew short box if that matters, Automatic as well. can I use this transmission? It is a rebuild from a truck that was parted out. basically I want to know what it would take and if it is worth it or not. If it cant be done what years of transmission should I be using? Thank you for the help

Solenoid pack is different in 2011. Won't interchange as it sits.

The newer solenoid pack has one less solenoid, supposedly, you can swap in the correct pack for your year truck, and it will work. But, I have never done so, just what I am reading on the internet..... so, ya know it just has to be true......
