Default 2004 ram 1500 4.7

Driving home from work the other day and codes pop up scanned and get lean bank 1&2 scanner shows o2 sensors in good voltage cant find any big vacuum leaks fuel trim is maxed though good fuel pressure what am i missing did a tune up all spark plugs were fouled up but still nothing any ideas its my daily driver about 50-60 miles a day so need her running back at 13mpgs instead of now 7 shoot me any questions im decently knowledgeable

How old are the O2 sensors?

Maybe a year old but i think i only did upstream driver as it was faulty for sure just changed map and iac starting to think exhaust leak before o2 i got my pipes re hung a few weeks ago but no real ticking or obvious leaks

Are fuel trims pretty much the same on both sides??

yes both maxed at 32.812 and have just changed o2 sensors was wierd my daughter conected driver side aka bay 1 backwards so upstream as down and it leveled out i switched it back and back at square one i cant find a vacuum leak i have a pin size one on exhaust above cat pass side but that all i can see

Have you reset the computer since changing the sensor??? (might try it again anyway, just for giggles.)

What does MAP think is going on? See what it looks like key on, engine off, and again at idle.

at key on 13.92psi idle sits at 4.495psi once the idle slows down


Then climbs to top out at 32

Im thinking intake manifold gasket can barely hear leaks right around coil packs but still dont think that would be even close to big enough of a leak but im broke and cant afford parts for another couple weeks wish there was a easy quick fix but i bet its never been fixed i did the valve covers when i bought it cause oil was leaking on the exhaust and no one likes that smell shoulda done all of them then
