Some shops can test the cap, but, they are dirt cheap.... Take that feller off, and have a look at him. If there are any cracks in the seal, there's your culprit.

Sometimes, just taking it off, and putting it back one will fix it, if the seal is good.

If you can find someone that can do it, a smoke test *should* find the leak....
