Some shops can test the cap, but, they are dirt cheap.... Take that feller off, and have a look at him. If there are any cracks in the seal, there's your culprit. 
Sometimes, just taking it off, and putting it back one will fix it, if the seal is good.

Not over here mate. People don't know these trucks over here. There are only about 20.000 RAM trucks within Europe. From a total of 290 million cars. So it's a rare sight and the workshops who aren't specialized in these cars won't know anything about them.
