Default 02 ram 1500 crank almost starts

long story short, 2 days ago i test drove my truck after getting rebuilt from the frame up and a trans rebuild, when test driving it kept stalling, hmm weird, must be a mixture of old gas and a known vacuum leak, fix the leak but don’t do anything about the old gas, it needed a new belt and tensioner, put it on, starts fine and runs good as expected, idles and revs up no issues, don’t start it for 2 days and today i go to start it to test it again, and it won’t start, at all.. when i turn the key to prime the fuel pump a few times and try to start it, it’ll fire off for half a second then back to cranking… crazy

Did you have the engine and transmission rebuild? You could have a bad ignition switch. I would check the wires from the PDC going down to the starter first.
