You're right I read the previous post to fast or misunderstood. Ill make sure the proper pins have power and ground

Pins 2 and 3 have 5 volts as they should. They do not test for continuity but pins 4 and 6 test good for continuity to ground. I don't know how to read the picture you sent because no legend but ill look it up if I can.

Figured it out guys after replacing the pcm everything works fine. Not sure what caused the problem to begin with but im guessing to much heat coming off the headers.

Hopefully this helps someone down the road i would be happy to explain everything i did that lead me to pcm
