Default 4.7 TQ shutter?

so after countless repairs , money and hours I finally got the truck running decent and driving smoothly and not even a week goes by and I start experiencing TQ shutter or what I believe to be TQ shutter starting around 45 mph . with 215k on the truck and tight resources I'm stuck in this position where I don't know what to do -20qt fluid exchange replace filters and hope for the best or replace TQ and have to do the fluid either way . also I see oil around where the main rear seal would leak but could be coming from valve cover on drivers side . I have to clean it up the best I can and try to pin that down but did notice my output shaft seal is leaking as well but when I was about to attempt to remove the drive shaft to replace the seal I couldn't get the bolts to break free by hand . even my large impact wouldn't budge them . normally wouldn't hesitate to attempt but every bolt under the hood that ive put a wrench on has snapped clean and I'm just spent mentally with this truck . I can't afford to made the wrong choice with this repair since its my only vehicle so any input from the community would be greatly appreciated ! I'm located near middletown NY if anyones close by and can assist as well . I just moved to the area and the only shop ive dealt with couldn't even handle a simple alignment job without issue so I'm pretty much on my own here .

O/D engages around 45mph or so, does it not? On my full size trucks, what I thought was TC stutter/shudder, was actually an engine misfire.... Those get amplified in O/D, with TCC locked.

I had read that exact statement a couple times in my search history, trying to find information to help me diagnose what was going on, but when I scan my PCM, I don’t have any codes for a misfire. Now I had purchased a PCM couple weeks back and out of 3 three PCMs that I’ve tried to install one said that I had a bad fuel injector. It was number eight. But then my PCM from flash Masters arrived and I quickly installed that and the only code that comes up is the code for the key not being programmed, but the truck runs and drives. I do have some cheap aftermarket Amazon ignition coils that are brand new that I could try swap it in to see if that makes a difference

If your scanner can read it, have a look at the misfire counters...... See what those have to say.

I have a Foxwell master pro it does give me live data. I’ll hook it up at lunch today on my break around 12 o’clock and see what turns up ! Will those misfire hits in the counter remain logged? Or does that reset every time I turn the truck off??

They reset when you clear codes, etc. Otherwise, they remain.

So no misfire count section is coming up
Or available on my scanner
Did notice a difference between o2 sensors readings that was odd but definitely Couldn’t find the misfire count

I don't recall if those are part of the generic OBDII stuff.... or on some special dodge protocol..... I have been looking forever for a list of PRIDs (process ID's) for Dodge, but, it appears that information is not generally available.....

well, I can’t find anything to substantiate a bad coil. I’m bringing it to a shop tomorrow to see what they come up with. I ordered a new set of fuel injectors because I heard the truck idle really weird a few times and sometimes I gotta put the pedal 1/2 way to the floor to accelerate . Takes off normally shifting into first second and third gear then the bull**** starts between 1500 and 1800 RPMs maintaining or trying to accelerate forward. I really feel it struggle
but if I step on it it takes right up. I’m also noticing a constant vibration now. Let’s see what they come up with tomorrow.
