Default P0354,p0356 misfire

On my 2003 ram 2500 5.7 hemi.....I'm getting 2 misfire codes,p0354 and 356,I understand those are misfires on cylinder 4 and 6.....been at this for months on getting this issue fixed and I narrowed it down to the coils not getting a secondary circuit spark....no outgoing spark from cylinder 4 and 6.....so tested the plug wire to each one,on both the coils one wire is getting 14v while running and the other wire seems to be pulsing....I tested all the other coils and there getting a ground pulse.....so long story short I'm getting a pulse to cylinder 4 and 6 but no ground pulse....anything I should check for?

I do believe power should be constant, and PCM controls ground side of the circuit to fire the coils......

So shop said it needs a new pcm.....found one on a site called flagship Inc. Says its a plug and play for $196 already programmed....I called and gave them my vin...didn't order it yet....so by plug and play do they mean it's ready to just plug in and I'm good to go?
