Default 2006 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi

So my truck was have problems staying program to the computer since the engine was replaced so the computer was replace and now I have a misfire in cylinder 1 coil packs are good the lifts are good etc all that’s been check the diagnostic computer shows it’s running correctly. We are at a loss??

Your car place? You took it to shop, and they replaced it? How long ago? Isn't this something THEY should be trying to figger out?

What do you mean staying programmed to the computer? I agree the shop and the pace that sold the ECM should be handling the issue to some extent, unless you got the front door warranty. Injectors, plugs, valve train, compression. Could be lots of issues with the one sentence of information you provided. If you're at a loss, what else have you tried?
