Default 06 Ram 1500 4.7 no crank no start

Recently purchased a vehicle from private owner when initially purchased truck ran fine. The next day after I purchased the truck, the truck quit running got it back to the house found out that the fuel pump had gone bad replaced it. The truck ran fine except for a vacuum leak. I recently addressed the vacuum leak the PCV hose connection broke at the crank case, and I replaced it upon doing that. I tried to crank the truck. It cranked started and then died. I tried restarting it and nothing and then got a blinking check engine. Odb2 shows no codes at a loss

Check battery connections. Make sure you got good power there.

Battery is good. Could my truck be in “limp mode” or emergency mode and not starting because of that. Ive read that a flashing check engine ligyt may indicate that. But again no codes are showing. Just a hypothetical, what would happen if my vaccum lines that go to the solenoid are backwards? Would it cause my truck to go into limp mode or cause a NSNC?

I have only seen a flashing check engine lite on a running motor, that is misfiring..... If it means something else on the newer stuff, it's a mystery to me.....

Default Update:

After some research i think ive narrowed it down to either the coil pack plugin got damaged during the pcv tube replacement or the pcv valve is damaged.

I went ahead and removed the battery to hopefully reset the TIPM & ECM. Its been out almost 36 hours since then. Pretty soggy day today so no working on it.

Default UPDATE: It has awoken

Got her to turn over. Apparently my vaccum lines were crossed and caused a misfire. After correcting the vaccum lines, i tried cranking her and shed crank start die. Did that about 3 times and she came to life. Im only getting a camshaft code p0344 at this point. Note: on the purge cannister, the TOP nipple goes to the throttle body😂😂😂

Now that it starts and runs, clear the codes again, and see if any come back.

Have you replaced the cam sensor? Checked the wiring?
