I see one for the cummins trucks..... also for various jeep models. (as it was an option on some, and can be adapted to others) Some are fairly cheap, but, that assumes that the functionality is already available in the programming... Which isn't the case for the full size trucks.... It IS a Truck after all, not a sports car. There are videos on youtube for the cummins install, supposedly a kit by suncoast, but, I can't find the product itself on their site.

This I would assume only works on 68RFE trucks which already have manual gear shifting available? The 48RE is still hydraulic 1-3?

The 545RFE in theory should be capable of it but manual shifting was never an option that I'm aware, not until they renamed it the 65/66RFE anyway, which is more or less that same transmission, newer TCM and controls, 66 it built heavier

Years ago you could get the PCS TCM2000 kit with a 545rfe harness and paddle shifters but there's really not much support for the 545rfes anymore.

Manual shifting was available on the 545RFE starting in 2009. Paddles were never an available option nor have I ever seen a kit that would work with a 3G steering wheel. Real question is why? This sounds like it's a big heavy stock truck....not exactly a manual shifting speed demon.
