Default fitting wides

i have a 06 ram 1500 5.7l 4wd. i am wondering if i can fit 20x12s without leveling it. from ground to top of the fender is sitting at 40 1/2 inchs on front. the rear is sitting at 42 inches.
currently im running 20x10 -19 offset on 35x12.50 tires. they rub a bit at full turns, i also have 4g stock 20x9 on 33x12.50 that dont rub at all.

If you are running 20x10's, and they rub, highly likely going wider is also gonna rub....

What difference would it make? Those fenders are trash anyway.
