I can't find a diagram that actually SHOWS the friggin coils on the 4.7. If you go to the 'electrical' section, for coils and plug wires, (which is the only choice your get) it shows stuff for the 5.2/5.9 engines, and that's it. Nothing for the 4.7....
If you can get ONE of the nuts off, take it to your local hardware store, and match it up. Then buy stainless hardware.....

When working with older vehicles .... nuts and bolts are always challenging and dealt with accordingly.
Just saying, you will not go to a dealer and try to purchase a specific nut for a 30 year old vehicle.
You will want to invest in a decent set of taps and dies ... 2 sets, sometimes you need metric and other you need SAE.
Ace hardware is actually pretty good for finding certain obsolete or rare bolts/nuts They are expensive.
Tractor supply is pretty good for buying nuts/bolts in bulk .... You buy them by the pound and not individual prices.
We learn where to go for what we need as time rolls on.

That may work for a bit, but, I suspect vibration and bumps would tend to loosen them up, and cause some interesting driveability problems.... They are secured there for a reason.
