Default 04 1500 5.7l quad restore

04 1500 5.7l quad cab restore,

this was 04 Rumble Bee pace truck restore everything new, 5.7L rebuilt trans new brake lines frame blast and paint, total body repaint as orginal. why, was fathers, you get it, but truck totally together. Had a few issues with vacuum egr tube and fuel on back off intake, idle has been main problem. Changed TB Twice, top of transmission low 1.5 quart, got running idle at about 650 get warm stalls, drove about 20 miles quit stalling, check guage light comes on no alternator read, didn't check old, ordered new alternator, installed started still no read check guage light cleaned fuzeable link corroded, started alternator reads than drops to zero, and won't idle, want to jump around at 450 700 and stalls, tried driving up street and back let off throttle stalls, so call me frustrated

now after writing this started truck start nice idling at about 750 not stalling til warm about 10 minutes jumps up down and stalls. Any one have any ideas, oh forgot truck throws absolutely no codes, only old codes came up once from original motor that blew cleared a while back (months)if could get a code at least I would have direction. Thought was tuning issue, took to tuner, couldn't find any dynastic issues, but with idle issue, said couldn't tune til truck runs without stalls, checked said should run with existing tune being tuned for 395 hp motor and this being built to around 425 hp, plus said should get about 500 miles on first, runs good two footing it, again frustrated amateur
today, stared great drove 1 mile to store and back stall pulling in, drove back stalled, tried ground TB doesnt still to do anything, but idleing up to temp idles at about 600 put in gear stalls, will try o2 sensors today and drive about 20 to sons for Fathers day, by way Happy Father Day

Unplug the front O2 sensor(s?), drive it for a while. Any change?

Today was working on alternator non charging problem, couldn't drive with front 02 sensors disconnected. Battery started running to low misfire, lack of power, shifting issues. Unplugged pcm spray cleaned plugs and pcm, and low and behold alternator started reading and charging, just ran for 10 mins, to charge battery misfire and power came back, will assume shifting issues will end. I'll try driving around later tonite or tomorrow to see idle settles down,
