it definitely could being as that's the code your getting, however being its unplugged and no change, I would suspect its not the issue in this case.

You could try disconnecting the map sensor and see if the voltage code goes away

I was going to wait till morning to unplug map sensor temp has dropped so I unplugged it and code p0237 and code p0113 came up
