Well say what you will. There it is for your info. This wasn't just one review it was of several and they all say the same thing. The Titan is faster. Why get mad at the facts? Don't turn this into a Import vs Domestic war. I mean if your into racing then why buy either of these trucks? They are not made for racing they are both slow.

 

because it's fun to fix up a truck and blow some cars and other trucks away, plus some people on here have needs for a bed, to haul stuff...plus our dodge rams look better than most other vehicles out there, especially for the price...must everybody type before they think...? i mean really...

Titan

I dont think so....can you say UGLY!!!!!

and cmon....it has 4 more lb/tq.....4.....i think we can ALL agree that is not enough to notice ANY difference at all. Now on the other hand....40 more hp in the Hemis specs is something to brag about.....but not 4 more in the torque department (its not like its 10 or 20 or 30...its a lousy 4)

Titans BIG claim to fame.....4 more lb/tq over the hemi.....IS THAT IT?????

 

Dosn't the RAM rate higher for towin and hauling than the Titan?

Thats why people usualy buy trucks, not for speed. Thats why I bought a RAM. I can tow 9K with my mid-range RAM but the Titan maxes out at 9500. RAMs max out at 16K I think... Close to twice that of a Titan, but not quite.

They don't seem to have the room ether. The beds are not as wide between the wheels.

They have good torque when you put them up against the HEMI. But they don't offer a diesel, and that is a major short comming in the truck realm. 379 on the torque seems nice, but falls way way short of the Cummins 610. thats kind of a apples to oranges compairison but I am compairing max to max options avalible.

The Titan seems like a powerful mid-size truck to me.

 

Its not so much about the overall torque rating, its about when you hit in the RPM range. The Titan hits it sooner than the Ram. This is due to the shorter gears found in a Titan.

Personally, I wouldn't buy a Titan. Yeah its quick, but thats about it. Issues with quality, dependability, etc. Plus, I'm not a big fan of it's looks. Even more so, Titans are like tampons, every pu$$y has one.

 

I like the look of the titan,i am wondering how they drive though,it has to be better than the dodge towards handleing,these dodges are dangerous when powering through
slight bumps,they go all over the road and i upgraded the shocks to bilsteins,the titan is bound to have a more modern chassis than the ford or dodge.
