Xenon Headlight Bulbs
[sm=badidea.gif] I have tried HID bulbs and it wasn't a success. HID's only have one element, so goodbye high beams , hello annoying "Bulb Out" warning light that stays on constantly. Then there's the issue of the HID element not being oriented in the same position as the halogen filiment, so the light patterns all over the place. They light up the world and everybody else's face in the process. Oh, and one more thing, they don't always want to come on. Not fun to sit in the parking lot for several minutes waiting on the lights. I finally figured out if I turned them on first, then cranked the motor that they'd work. Did I mention these were made by Philips and cost $500!
In case you haven't figured it out yet, my recommendation would be a big fat NO!
If you're looking to pump up the light, there's a good article in the newest edition of Mopar Action about high-tech lighting. They referred to this site www.danielsternlighting.com. It's loaded with info. and worth checking out. Very enlightening.

^^ I dont know what kit you have but I know several people that have put aftermarket HID kits in their car and have had nothing but success with them. And you can get low and high beam HID. All it takes is a little aiming to get them to shine where you want, thats why the housings have adjustments on them.

As to adjustments....when you turn a spotlight into a floodlight, even if you could adjust it 30 degrees, your still blinding everyone in front of you. Stock RAM reflectors just aren't compatible.

I've got Nokya Arcitc White bulbs that I bought off ebay. Paid $50 for headlight and fogs. Makes the road ahead alot clearer, overall well worth the money.

I have Nokya Cosmic White on my headlights and fogs, huge difference. Just make sure you upgrade your wires, when you have high intensity bulbs the OEM wires might melt and/or not send the right amount of power to the bulbs
