i lucked into a code 3 traffic buster siren box and a 100 watt code 3 speaker. dont mind the half *** wiring. i didnt know if it all worked or not so i just threw it together. rewiring it this weekend if it is above 40. its loud as hell the speaker is right behind the bumper about 10 inchs.

 

you're going to get a huge ticket if you use that.

 

ya im trying to keep from using it. my other buddy has one and we havent gotten in to much trouble yet. but we will see what happens lol

yup i know my buddy is a dispatcher i had him look it up for me. im ok with it i just got to know when to use it and when not to. honestly it is illegal to even have it installed in my truck.

 

Man, that is just lame. why would you even take the risk? I knew a guy where I worked who had strobes put on his black caprice and he thought it was really cool to pull people over and screw with them. I thought it was really cool when I narc'd him out to the real cops.Grow up

I am a vol. in the local fire department, so I have a PA 300 on my truck, we are allowed to use it when we are responding to a fire call. Just be careful or join the fire department.

 

OK, here is some advice from this Professional Firefighter...
Say you and your buddy are 'playing ' with the siren and come upon an intersection and force a car with Mommy and her 4 kids into a panic, they bolt inot the intersection and get broadsided by a dump truck.....

haha we dont use them for **** like that. we use them for showing up at partys in the middle of the country and scaring the **** out of the minors we know that are out drinking. i mostly got mine cuz i wanted a pa to yell at ppl. i knew most of u wouldnt like the fact that i put it on but i aint to worried about it. i got it and i know when to use it and when not. so stop thinking im going to be causing stupid *** ppl to be having wrecks. i dont use this in town i know better.
