im not happy
Hey guys im not to happy. I bought a 2002 dodge qc about two months ago and have spent about 260 bucks fixing the common leak at the passenger side grab handel and the problem with electronic fuse boxes getting wet and shorting out my gauges. I though that was enouph and just the other day I heard a whistling leak under my dash and then at first a little leak and then a big one witch I found out was my heater core leaking antifreeze all over the inside of my truck. As for now I have eliminated the heater core completly by looping the two hoses together because I cant affort the fix right now. Trust me I love the truck but ive already had so many problems with it its getting old. Does anyone else have a problem with their heater core? Ive got a friend with an 03 and he hasnt had any problems with his truck is this just a problematic 02 thing?
I have a 2002 with over almost 78,000 miles on it... Not one issue what so ever. Its a 4.7L QC.
I have not herd of your issues with anyone else... I have been around the forums for a long time now... The only COMMON issue is the 9.25 rear carrier taking a crap prematurly. The clutch pack retaining clips like to break and reck havoc on your gears/rear end.
SPEED SAFE, AIR RAM

Yep my 02 is good and healthy (knocking on wood), when i was used truck shopping i was always looking at everything other than the looks specially condition of the fluids, tire wear, frame damage, wiring tampering if anything was slightly bad it was time to walk. there are tons of trucks for sale. took me months to find one. and i'm totally satisfied with my choice. last thing you want is somebody crap
dont get me wrong I love the truck and im in it for the long haul its just that all my problems have happend in less than two months. Im a first time dodge owner and am just hoping theres not any other problems in store. Im sure you all understand my frustration. Thanx for all the replys. All in all im still in love with the truck.

Yeah man, we understand. I was just saying, dont blame the truck. Unfortunately, your not going to like hearing this but.. if the truck was beaten to ****, you probably will develop more problems, but hopefully it was just a few kinks in the truck.
