Has anyone found or does anyone know the type of bulbs(headlight and fog light) that are in the 2006 ram 1500?? i want to get some blue ones but i dont know what kind i need. Thanks!!!

 

in not 100% sure but i believe that your headlights are 9007's and your foglights are 9006's... id wait for some1 to agree before you take my word for it

I can't imagine they would change the type of bulb from 2005 to 2006... I know my 2005 uses 9007 + 9006

 

Do you have aftermarket bulbs in yours rob? if so what brand/price/what do you think about them?

Does ANyone Know The Wattage Of Factory Bulbs. The blues im looking at are like 55/65 or vice versa????

 

The watts are 55/65 and i asked the autopart store and they told me they use 9007 for the headlights and 9006 for the fogs. so they havent changed the bulbs size. And if you want to be 100% sure just pull out one of your bulbs and look at the size.

 

Sylvania SilverStars, <$100 for all 4 (fog and head) (about $85), I like them. They aren't 'blue', but more of a pure white. But, they are much brighter then stock, and I am definatley happy with them.

Just orded a set of projector halo lights for the Ram. I am planning on installing silverstars in them when they arrive. I have been less than satisfied with the stock headlights. I will post some pics after the install.
