Oh, and for the record, along with what GIRam has said about what he has read,
'06 QC 4x4 Hemi 0-60 was 9.5 seconds from Consumer Giude:
'06 time
'05 QC 4x4 Hemi 0-60 was oddly enough, also 9.5 seconds ???
'05 time
Hmmmm....doesn't seem like those '05s would be runnin circles around the new guys at all now does it??
Also if you care,
'05 Ram
front head room - 40.8"
front leg room - 41.0"
from same source
'06 Ram
front head room - 40.9"
front leg room - 41.0"
from MSN autos
So ummmm ya, seems like I can find stats too. Looks like performance and size are.....wait for it....the same!!?? Only difference I can tell "in my opinion" is, the '06 is quiter, stronger, and doesn't look outdated. Don't be angry cause you bought a truck, then they went and changed it so yours doesn't look like the latest and greatest anymore.

Buddy, with 15 posts, you look like a douchebag comming in here arguing with everybody else.
Do you have both trucks parked side by side in your driveway? No. I do.
Did you go out and personally measure the leg room in both truck? No. I did.
Have you raced both trucks to see which one was faster? No. I have.
Get over yourself. You just look bad.

The new trucks aren't the prettiest, I'm more of a fan of the 04 styles. But we all have our own opinions and that's cool. The newer rams to me are still nice to look at, definitl;y way better than the new Chevys. I personally like both. But I like how the older (02-05) year how it looks more tough than speedy, but hey, that's just me.

Consumer reports is biased. For an 03' Ram QC 4x4, 0-60 in 8.0, and the quarter mile in 16 flat.
The 06' interior is nicer in my opinion. It is probably a bit slower though. I hate how the exhaust is so quiet, and I'd like to be able to hear the engine a bit more.

1) I post facts, you post lame incorrect opinions.
2) I don't give a crap about these forums, you apparently are worried what a bunch of complete internet strangers think !! Sad little life you must be livin'!!
I'm just merely tryin to make sure the correct facts are out there if people want/need them, not just post incorrect crap opinions 'cause I'm bitter DC changed the truck after I bought mine!!

I just gotta say this, for like the 40th time, between a lot of threads.
Trucks are built for towing, payload, mudding or what have you. They are NOT built for racing. These 0-60 and quarter mile times you guys are posting really have nothing to do with how well the truck performs, where a truck is SUPPOSED to perform...

I agree that trucks aren't built for speed, but that is what consumers want, and that is what the manufacturers are giving us. I wouldn't buy a truck that took 13 seconds to get up to highway speed. Likewise, I wouldn't want one that could only tow 4,000 lbs. I think Dodge, and other manufacturers, are striking a balance between performance and versatility.
