Hung Up
Hold the eject button down and give it a good wrap on the top of the dash. Should pop it out. I had it happen to me once, did the wack and havn't happened in another year.
If it doesn't work, then take it to the dealer. I don't know about you, but the dealer is the last place I want to take my truck. Try it, and if it works your good.

Provided your CD doesn't have a paper label on it, the dealer shouldn't have a problem R & R your player. I have heard of a few cases of this happening and the customer had to foot the bill because they had put a label on their CD and it partially came off, jamming in the player.
