A CD is hung up in my stock CD player
any ideas on how to get it out??

Pull your stereo out, lay it on something hard, then smack it with a hammer until it breaks open. lol. sorry, couldn't resist

No seriously, that's not such a bad idea... A couple of guys here had their cd's get stuck... They just gave a good hard *WHACK* to the cdplayer and the cd came out...

NO,NO,NO------Take your truck to the dealer. Some other guys had the exact same problem a while back---they replaced his stereo

Hold the eject button down and give it a good wrap on the top of the dash. Should pop it out. I had it happen to me once, did the wack and havn't happened in another year.

If it doesn't work, then take it to the dealer. I don't know about you, but the dealer is the last place I want to take my truck. Try it, and if it works your good.

Provided your CD doesn't have a paper label on it, the dealer shouldn't have a problem R & R your player. I have heard of a few cases of this happening and the customer had to foot the bill because they had put a label on their CD and it partially came off, jamming in the player.

mine has done that a couple times, i just turn the car off for a few minutes and when I turn it back on i can eject the cd
