I was driving down the freeway today and suddenly my pass. side window shattered. I was in the right lane so it wasnt something from another car. Could of been someone with a BB gun but i doubt it.
Anyone else ever see this happen

 

Happened in our SUV driving down the street in our town - the window directly behind my head exploded, weirdest thing ever - later that day when we had the window replaced and they vacuumed out the interior, there was a 9mm bullet sitting in amongst the glass - we figure stray shot from somewhere.

 

That's really frickin' scary guys! Glad nobody got hurt.

happened to my parent's 2001 (i think) grand voyager. it was sitting in a parking lot, and when we got back, the window was shattered. could have been that someone had broken it, but it didn't look like it.

 

Same thing happened in my wife's Intrigue a few years back. She was driving down the freeway on her way to work one morning when the drivers side passengers window blew IN, not out. All we could figure ws that a stone must have been sent into it. Scared the h#ll out of her.

 

I have had that happen to my truck...but it was sittin in the drive way... There were no holes or indentions what so ever in the glass....The drivers side window was totally shattered, but it was smooth if u ran your hand over it. I barely got the dealership to replace it. It happened 3 days after I bought it too! They said that it was probably a stress fracture. Needless to say...I was PISSED! I just happen to be on my way to go pick up a chick for a date, and saw that. Needless to say, I didnt go

 

...happened to me to while dining at a restaurant.... glass all over my backseat... also noticed a laptop and my backpack missing too... o well. made me get the alarm I said I was gonna get...
