Mine pulls as well, had the alignment checked and they commented that it was probably the tires. I had just rotated them myself so I knew the only thing it could be was them. The pattern should wear itself back into alignment, but it will take a long time if you wait between rotations.

1st, I'm confused about "left" crown versus "right" crown. I assume left crown meaning road slopes down from right to left? I thought roads only had one type of crown,ie: sloping down and to the right side. (for the side of the road your on of course)
Anyway, post the results of your alignment, ie: caster, camber, toe. You don't have the results?! Who says they actually did a alignment then? Get the results.
Alignment is considered "good" if vehicle goes straight down road or "Drifts" slightly right when on a straight LEVEL road. What a vehicle does when it encounters crown is considered uncorrectable since it will adversely affect the mostly predominant level road driving.
Higher caster will provide more stable steering. Camber changes that vary much from spec will cause tire wear, spec being 0 degrees plus or minus .5, given that it is camber that is most likely to off. Last but not least, are tires the original brand and size? Any add-ons such as heavy push bars?
Finally, how many beers have you drank when this problem occurs? Ok Ok! Just kidding!

Buck, I am considering a right crown sloping to the right and a left crown soping to the left. We have BOTH here in Ohio, and Mich, and Tenn and Canada ect. Not sure where you live/drive? Do you ASSume I don't have the results?? U know what happens when we assume!!! Yes, I have all the results, remember It has been alligned 6 (SIX) times. I an convinced it is not the allignmrent. I have never heard a vehicle should drift to the right when on a straight level road ( if anything to the left to compensate the predominant right crown, but I believe a vehicle should go straight down a straight level road) I'm hoping it is a tire problem and that the dealer will replace tires? If it is not tires Will have to sell and buy another ford.

I had this happen with my wifes Mustang a few years ago, after repeated trips to the dealer with typical results,I made them take a set of tires off a used Mustang on the lot and swap them with mine to test them.No more pull, the dealer re mounted my tires, pull came back. turnes out it was a defect in one tire,it was significantly heavier than the other three. It had quite a bit of rubber inside the tire,,poor injection on the mold I guess,I made them replace all 4 tires,it drove good after that.

I had a similar problem with my ram after my first tire rotation. I had a really bad tire pull, if I were to let go of the wheel the truck will pull to the left really bad. I took it in to Goodyear and they tried swaping the 2 front tires and that did the trick. try moving the tires around, if you riding on the Goodyear LS 20inch rims. According to the guys at Goodyear its an issue with the tires. If that dosent work make sure you document the problem and all the visits you've had at the dealer so you can get the truck Lemoned. I know 2 guys who had their truck lemoned and got 100% of their cash back and got a fantastic deal for another truck to keep them happy. Hope it work out for you dude.

Please post your alignment numbers and tire info. I'm a ASE Master tech, I know alignments. I'm like you though, I suspect screwy tires.

I had a 98 Dually and had it aligned. The mechanic doing the job asked if I wanted it to pull to the right (as the books states) or go straight. I asked him to explain. He said that if he aligned it like he was supost to by the book, it would pull to the right, explaining this is in effect so if you fall asleep the truck will hit the ditch instead of the on comming cars. He stated that all dodges have this odd pull and if I wanted it to drive straight he would tweek the numbers a bit. That dually ran perfect down the road and did not pull either way. No tire wear either. Just my 2 cents

I believe it's the tires. Maybe more than just one. You said you had them rotate the tires? Did your tire hit the curb when you were making a right turn ever? I would think it would be one of the two front tires and when you rotate them the problem would go away. Seriously try a new set of tires like Toyo tires. I only say this cause they offer a 30 day test drive money back garuantee. So you'll be able to see if new tires help. Good luck.

Please post your exact tire brand and size for me thanks.
