Default Idle?

Just wanted to know what your idel speeds are usually, both in park and drive. Mine had been acting funny, and lower at idle than normal i think. Right now it idles at 500 in drive and maybe 600 park, sometimes between park and drive it doesnt change. But it is strange because if i am at a light and it is at 500, i can barely tap the gas and it will go up to 600 and stay.

Mine idles at 650. I have a stick so can't help with "drive" condition.

Same here, as long as the A/C isn't on and the motor is warm.

same here...if u have any concerns u might try checking ur idle motor. thats shouldnt be a problem unless its a high mileage vehicle though so i doubt it.

Sometimes mine idles at 600 and sometimes 500. Never caused any problems so I really dont worry about it.
