Where have you guys found the Friction Additive? Any specific brand? I'm thinking of user Royal Purple Synthetic gear oil, but wanted to know what Friction Additive I need to put in with my LSD.

I was just looking back on this and am amazed to see there is a HUGE difference between the 1500's and the 2/3500's.

the 10.5 and 11.5 rears and 9.25 fronts on the 2/3500's have a reusable gasket. no RTV needed where as in this tutorial the 1500's 9.25 rear does need it. it might be worth it for someone with a 1500 non MC to verify this.
