What is the best Cold air intake system to get for an 04 dodge ram? I was planning on going with a Volant kit but due to what i read in another topic about some of volants flawsi am sorta thinkin about AEM or K&N or maybe green. does any one know what the best setup would be.

Well no one single set up is probably the best, but I'd always go with K&N. Million mile warranty and everything.

I think all the CAI kits are pretty good, its all about price and performance . We sell alot of the AEM's our customers like the price and performance they get .

thanks for the help I was on K&Ns website and was looking at the different kits they sell and was thinking about the 63 series air charger kit it seems to be the best that they make but I couldnt find the price on there or on any other sites I looked on and was just wondering if somebody happened to know offhand what the price for that would be.

I heard in another CAI discussion that the AEM makes the intake that Mopar puts out. I mean they look almost identical except for one says mopar and the other aem.

I have a K&N 63-1529 with less than 1000 miles on it. Went back to the stock set up. Paid around $250 with shipping. Make me an offer and save me the hassle of Ebay. Comes in original box, with everything ready to bolt up and go. I would be glad to send any pix needed or answer any questions.
