Holy smoke Batman!
Ok, so I'm going to get some lunch on Friday. I pull out on to the road...I floor it (WOT). Spin threw 1st, chirp 2nd. Then all of a sudden I see smoke in my rear view mirror. I notice the smoke is not from my tires...it's coming from my enigine (holy $hit)! So I pull over as fast as I can. I turn off the truck and pop the hood. I look for signs of stress and damage. I see nothing...well I see nothing is damaged. I get under the truck and I see oil driping down the control arm. I just changed the oil last week, so I immediately think I did something wrong when I changed my oil. I called a tow truck and get it towed to my friends shop. He scans the ECM...gets a P0335 code. He checks the sensor and apparently it had nearly shot out of the block! He showed it to me and it looked hella $hitty(like it was chipped by something). So I replace the Crank Sensor...and it still won't start. I really just want to know if this has happened to anybody else. Anybody else blow a crank sensor?
That sucks man. [:@] I won't offer any tech advice, as I have no idea about the new fangled computer controlled cars, but I will offer my sympathy.
But, if it makes you feel any better, I voted for you in ROTM
Sorry to hear about it and keep us posted.

Sounds like it is time to activate the 7/70 warranty. This is definitely odd.
