2006 IFS kit?
hey guys!
im normally hiding out in the 2gen section,,, but i was luckily able to save my best friend from buying a brand new F150 and got his *** into a 06 RAM 4X4 Sport Reg. cab short box. i was telling him that i got a leveling kit on my ram (2" coil spacers that sit ontop of the coilovers on the front) with my lift i have the Dana 44 upfront. but his ram has an IFS system... I was wondering what company you guys suggest for him to go with to get the 2" level kit? or even if they make one,,, and will it affect his IFS at all? it didnt bother my SFA but im not fimilar with the 3gen IFS systems.
thanks for any info !

Seen a few guys with this kit on their '05s, no issues other than needing an alignment afterwards, and it looks pretty nice. Easy install and ride quality isn't affected at all.

You will need to adjust your allingment

Is your truck actually level or is the front higher or just a tad lower than level. My worry is that when you tow, the rear will drop lower than the front. I guess the stock sespension will stop thet the way it is lower in the front. I have an 06 and do not like the lower front end look.
Thanks

The truck sits level right now but I imagine it will sag when you tow something. You can always use some type of Air Suspension to level it out once you hook up your trailer.
