Is it worth getting a new intake and exhost for increased gas milage?

Maybe 2-3 mpg, but nothing major. It's worth it in my opinion though.

You won't really notice a increase in MPG, but you will notice an increase in sound. <---obviously

2-3 MPG'S AND PERFORMANCE INCREASE.. CANT BEAT THAT... IT'S WORTH IT.. YOU MIGHT GET A LITTLE TRIGGER HAPPY WITH YOUR NEW MODS, BUT IF YOU CAN CONTROL YOURSELF YOU COULD SAVE SOME GAS... IF NOT YOU SURE WILL HAVE A WHOLE LOT OF FUN BURNING THE GAS YOU WERE TRYING TO SAVE

Well let me say something. You'll probably be getting worse mileage, because you'll be accelerating hard all the time to hear the exhaust.

That's exactly why I didn't see any increase in MPG. I like hearing the CAI too!

That depends on the dealer. My '01 was still under factory warranty and I had the posi go bad, so they replaced the whole rear end and I had a small lift. Some care, some don't.
You probably won't get any better mpg since you will like the rumble of the exhaust.

Exhaust won't. Say an air sensor or something else involved with the intake system goes bad, if you have a CAI, they might blame it on the CAI and not cover it.
