just finished clearing my headlights, they turned out pretty good. The picture quality isnt that great i took it with my phone =/

what exactly did you do? i have a QC 1500, and i really can't see a difference. Help me out here.

 

removed the amber lens from the headlight

 

I'm wondering if anyone did their '06 yet and what do you replace the amber with? We also have the amber strip that runs along the bottom of the light also.

 

u dont replace it with anything, just take the lens out and it opens up more chrome

Not trying to ruin the party - just trying to set the record straight here.

 

Illegal is such a harsh word, lets call it creative DOT approved lighting. The lamp has DOT on it, its a factory piece and with the current factory head and tail lights coming out, I don't think a cop will even notice, let alone write you a ticket. I've been up and down the East coast since I changed mine and no one has ever ever asked about them.

It's not illegal everywhere assclown... Just because where you live sucks... :P

My turning bulb is still orange, so I'm perfectly legal.

My truck is loud as hell too because I run glasspack instead of muffler + resonator, and that's legal too.
