$7500? Going new, then? I'm a lowbucker, I'd get a used one with trans. If you're lucky, you'll get the whole harness, etc. Honestly I think you could do damn nearthe whole swap for that much.

 

Yeh, you can get the engine with the trans and wiring harness for 3-4K on ebay.

 

I have found numerous replacement engines/trans assemblies, right now there's the front a rear suspension out of an SRT-10 (and a coupla Viper engines to boot, and trans!). I'm seriously thinking about getting a 5.7 to put in a boat.
