Have you tried to contact the LPG kit manufacturer for technical help.
If that isn't an option, try e-mailing my kit manufacturer Prinz. The quality of the kit is excellent and they have answered my questions fine. They could posibly give you a heads up on your tank problems?

As I say, my installation was taken out of my hands by government legislation. But, from what I have seen, I'm glad it was.
You will be pleasantly surprised if the kits working properly, about the performance of LPG as an alternative fuel.
I honestly can't tell the difference between running on petrol and LPG except in the pocket. The transition of the automatic changeover between Petrol and LPG is seemless. You can't tell, apart from looking at the indicator lights, when your on Petrol or LPG.

Looks like you got that thing running?
Is it and are you happy?
It looks a little like my conversion from your photo.
The individual LPG gas solenoids running directly into the manifold runners.
