power-breaking, once it starts making power, it'll spin up till 3rd gear, nice 60 - 70 foot posi marks, but from a dead stand still and just punching it, it wont break them free.

Wow. Trucks do have torque management, but should not be an issue.

Clear your computer and let it re-learn, worth a shot. Easiest way is to disconnect the battery for 30 minutes. Also run 89 octane.

I have a 05 Reg Cab that can break the tires loose, no problem. For Sale

Wow, I think you are the first person I've ever met that has had this problem. What gears do you have? Do you have the 20" wheels? Not that I ever tried to or actually did it that often, but I didn't have to put much thought or effort into breaking loose (stock 20" wheels with Goodyear Eagles) in the dry. If the 10 day forecast called for rain on Saturday, the tires would break loose in anticipation.

The new Pro Comp A/T's take more work, but I HAVE broken them. Again, it's not something I make a habit out of, though.
