I think they should give you a minimum $1,000 more trade in for your truck and a free Chrysler 7 year –100,000-mile warranty. If they don’t go for it then have them fix your truck and pay you for the lost retail value of it being wrecked by them and try to not have it listed in car fax.

For got to say I just traded of my 05 1500, QC, 4.7L, 4x4, spray in bed liner and nerf bars with 11000 miles and got $25,800

Yeah, I agree with Gone Fishin.
It's there mistake and your going to give them even more money.......................[sm=WTFsgign.gif]
Make SURE you get a GREAT deal with these people.
You need to feel and be compensated and be extremely happy, before you take or sign up for their offer.
More than anything though, you need to be personally satisfied with the deal.[sm=happy046.gif]
If you arn't, it will eat at you for years.
Al.

Push for employee price on the new truck. Dealership is about $1,500 short on "discount" for employee price.

Also, think about what you paid for your 2005 truck. If you paid (you didn't say) $20,000 and are getting $17, 500 in trade for 10 months $250 a month isn't bad but if you paid $25,000, $750 a month for 10 months is pretty steep for a pick up.

Don't get concerned about forcing the issue with the dealership. They are dying to move iron these days. I negotiated for about 3 hours when I bought the PW and got what I wanted for the price I wanted.

Good luck!

Get the dealership to fix your truck like new, and work a deal with them to guarantee (in writing) that they are not going to report to carfax. If they give you any hassle, and report to carfax, sue the **** out of them. Just make sure you have the proof, and dont be a chump about it. They do have to return your property in the condition received regardless of what state you live.
