thanks air ram

silvernightmare, it sounded better when it was in the trunk of my car but it still sounds pretty damn good. one reason for that might be that in the truck its hooked up to the stock deck where as in the car it had an aftermarket deck so i could tune it better

well you can see i used the bolts that the seats are held down with(you will need longer ones which i happened to have) and then i actually drilled holes along the front for the screws but i dont see why you couldnt use self tapping as long as they are long enough

Ok 1 more question I didn't notice the first time. How did you stretch that Vinyl? Did you use anything on it (water, heat, baby oil) or just pull like hell? Either way I'm even more impressed once I noticed that.

well, i live in phoenix, az and i did it in the middle of the day while in the sun and the temp was around 108 degrees. the vinyl got pretty hot and we steched and glued and stapled the material to the wood. it took about 20 minutes to complete the vinyl wraping

i mounted the amp under the front seat so basically you have to run the power wire through the firewall then if you take the door trim off you have plenty of room to run the wire. just had to cut a an "x" in the carpet to feed the wire to the amp. you really dont have to pull up the carpet, just the plastic trim and then feed the wires under the carpet to where ever they are going. it was all the same as far as the other wires

just use a flathead screwdriver and pry it up. its just a coupls clips on each piece. if your worried about it breaking just pry it up a little and you should be able to see where the clips are and just pry right where they are
