Looks nice, need to ditch those dealer license plates though LOL.

I'm curious why you want to go from 20" to 17"?? I considered this thinking it might help lower the truck some but the guy at the tire shop said he didn't think it would make much if any difference.

How much you selling your tires/wheels for?

LOLOL....that di cross my mind already

Raider,

I go thru tires way to fast with my commuting. To get the tires i want, it will be roughly 400.00 per tire(thats going from 275's to 305's). If i drop down to 17" rims, its roughly 200.00 per tire.
So basicly, i can switch out to 17" rims and 4 new tires (bigger than what i have now) for the same price it would be to replace just the 4 20" tires.
Plus i want to lift it about 4 inches, so i need to save a little cash.
As for selling the 20's, i'm not to sure what i can get for them with the tires on em.

from what i have heard the 17"s ride smoother because they have bigger tire walls to absorb more impact the 20"s have a shorter tire wall making vibrations and the ride a little bit rougher

Nice looking truck you've got there.

Benefits of the 17" tires:

Less unsprung weight, which don't overwhelm the suspension
More sidewall, to absorb impact, but may give up lateral cornering
Generally cheaper replacement tires
