Default warranty issues with new truck

i took my truck in for recall and the ac not blowing they kept for 2 days then told me i have to bring in a week to get fixed because they are realy buisy and they have to rip dash out to fix problem 3-5 days then they didnt want to give a rental and said i would have to pay for one.

WTF 6months old and screwed up and they wont do rental what kinda crap is this you basicly got to begg to get anything, Where is it written in my lease ,that i drive of the lot and im on my own by the way i called dodge and they said i need to use my extended warranty for a rental,(like the bumper to bumper isnt enough!!!) what a bunch of idiots, let me guess i take the rental out of my lease payment and see what happens you know if i aint drivin it why should i pay the rent ,ill prob get screwed! where are my rights to them backing there product because it is seemingly missing from my lease contract.

Did not you read the warranty BEFORE you bought your truck? It clear states, no loaners. It is at the descretion of the dealership.

A recall or a dealer bulletin? There is a difference.....anyway, is there another dealer anywhere near you that might be able to expedite things?

Let me get this straight. You gripe because Dodge won't give you a loaner when your truck is in the shop. They can't fix your truck in short order, so you go ahead and buy ANOTHER DODGE! Well anyway, hope you like the new one better than the "old" one.

I wish I had caught this sooner...
If you run into problems like that again, call 800-222-1701 (CFC Resolutions Dept).
Whine for 5 minutes, explain how much you love Dodge and want to be a repeat customer, and you'll get what you want 95% of the time.
